Burn & Bench
1/2-mile followed by a 1-rep-max bench press on a 5-minute time clock
The Pike
21-15-9 rep scheme of toes to bar, Echo bike (measured in calories) on a 10-minute time clock
Heavy Murph
As many reps as possible of 10 pull-ups, 20 shoulder presses (50 pounds for men; 20 pounds for women), 30 split squats, 40 sit-ups on a 25-minute time clock
1-Mile Swim
1-mile swim (1,500 meters or 1,650 yards) in any pool
Balanced Mitch
Competitors had two minutes to complete a maximum number of unbroken bench press reps at a designated weight (185 pounds for men, 95 pounds for women), followed by a maximum number of strict unbroken pull-ups. The athlete’s overall score for the competition was the lowest rep count of the two exercises.
Fran
21 thrusters followed by 21 pull-ups, 15 thrusters followed by 15 pull-ups, 9 thrusters followed by 9 pull-ups, for time within a 10-minute time cap
Grace
30 clean and jerks of 135 pounds for men, 95 pounds for women
Sprint Murph
800-meter run; 10 rounds of 5 strict pull-ups, 10 hand release push-ups, 15 air squats; 800-meter run
Super Murph
5 rounds of 40 sit-ups, 30 air squats, 20 push-ups and 10 pull-ups
