The Donor Games Lakes Regional will be held on Saturday, June 21, at the Adventure Awaits CrossFit in Weston, Wisconsin.

Registration

Registration is required for Donor Games Lakes Regional. Registration is $5 per competitor in the Living Donor and Transplant Recipient categories and $25 per competitor in the General category.

    • Wall Ball 20/14
    • Alternating Dumbbell Snatch 50/35
    • *Score is time completed
  • B:  In remaining time, until the 12 Min Mark
    • Establish a Barbell complex of 1 x Clean + 1 x Hang Clean for Max weight
